My daughter Jayden (the little red head) and her bestie from ballet class Maddie with her little sister Caitlin made these photos so sweet. Doesn’t get any better than beautiful little girls in tutus. Maddie’s mom Meagan made the stunning tutus that you can find here playgroundcouture. Our girls all dance at Kimberly Lewis and absolutely love it! If you are looking for a dance home, KLSD or now Dance Studio 111 is amazing. I hope these pics make you smile! 
This past spring I found myself feeling extremely inspired and wanted to do something unique and fun. I wanted to do a session that included children and a vintage but sweet vibe so naturally I called my sis and we began brainstorming. We needed the perfect spot, props, lighting, and of course adorable subjects. I called a few close friends and long time clients and invited them to be a part of our “Vintage Whimsy” session. Now onto finding the spot, we did a lot of internet searching and driving around and randomly enough found the perfect spot practically in our backyard right in the heart of Ahwatukee. So all we needed was the props to create our individual vignettes.
Luckily the brilliantly creative Taylor just had the wedding of the century in March and some of the pieces she used in the centerpieces fit our vintage whimsy vibe perfectly. She and I worked together to create each “set” each of which lended itself nicely to the different types of shots we were hoping for. A few of the mom’s of our adorable models also brought some key pieces to pull it all together which also added a nice touch.
We had a blast bringing the vision to life and even more excited to share the photos with you. Thank you to the sweet kiddos and the mamas that made it all possible.
What a fabulous couple!! Ciara and Charles both graduated from ASU this past May with with top honors! So this session was to document their adorable love but also their tremendous accomplishment as well. We love to be a part of all chapters high school graduation, college graduation, engagements, weddings, baby bumps, babies, and families… it’s all part of it!
I was so excited for this session because I knew that these two would bring a unique and cool quality to it. AND aside from their obviously amazing looks they are both so sweet and genuine on top of it. This was one of those days when I left the session feeling so completely elated! C and C were both relaxed and let me do my thing, we really had a great time!
Ciara is close to my heart, she helps me with my kiddos and we are so proud of this huge accomplishment. Charles is a celebrity in our household, my daughter is completely smitten by him and my son was instantly attached. Without further or do here are a few photos of the two of them… they are beautifully connected so they were a blast to photograph.

And last but certainly least the two of them with their honors cords! So exciting… what an incredible acheivement!
